Modern Austrian chalet in the resort town of Kitzbühel. The total area of the object is 159 sq.m. The entrance greeted us by an office that formally divides the layout into 3 parts: guest, working and master.

The main concept of walls and profile inserts adds a classic rhythm and sophistication to ascetic forms. As the object was being prepared for renting out, the traditional for Austrian chalets color scheme was chosen.
There were predominantly natural materials such as wood and stone in a variety of designs, from marble flooring to veneered panels.
A number of design elements aimed to enhance the perception of the apartment as a home in the mountains: such familiar to Austrians natural wood benches, wooden slabs in the form of mirrors, solid stone sinks, pebble floors and a bio-fireplace in the living room.
An interesting addition is the presence of a sauna next to the main bedroom.
