The historical cinema building is an architectural monument of the 20th century and is included in the State List of Historical and Cultural Values.

The design concept of the cinema was developed taking into account further restoration work. Development took 15 working days, excluding approval time.

The cinema building includes a foyer with a hostess area, a coffee shop with a ticket office area, a restaurant, a lounge bar in the waiting area, 3 main and 2 VIP cinema halls with a total capacity of 196 seats.

As a stylistic direction, it was decided to use a symbiosis of modern style and the style of the early 20s.

A single color scheme for all areas of the cinema, intended for the kitchen, is considered a complex with a unique atmosphere.

The format and style of the cinema halls were developed taking into account the experience of the masters of the film industry, as well as the historical context of the restoration object.
