Historical reference: the brewery complex belongs to the manor and park complex of the 18th-19th centuries.

Within the boundaries of the site, 4 functional zones can be distinguished: a park zone, a brewery complex, creative workshops, and a shopping and entertainment area.

Each zone separately solves such problems as: revitalisation of a significant part of the territory, educational activities for young people, preservation of social and cultural traditions.

The development of tourism infrastructure can be singled out as a separate advantage.
